This beautiful home with cathedral ceilings and multiple living areas is ideal for a group of friends or several families who want to get away together! Located in Beaumont at the Southern end of Kangaroo Valley it has a lovely northerly aspect, a wet edge pool and beautiful gardens. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it comfortably sleeps 8 guests.

Where will I be?

Located on Cambewarra Mountain, Sahali is a 10 minute drive to Kangaroo Valley, 20 minute drive to Nowra, and 30 minutes to Seven Mile Beach. The stunning Cambewarra Lookout and Cafe is also only a few minutes drive by car - well worth a visit to see the spectacular coastal views on a clear day!

Sahali is an entertainer's dream. The covered pool cabana, the wet edge pool, large deck and spacious interiors are just a few of the features that make this house perfect for spending quality time together.

How is the property laid out?

Sahali is a multi level home that sleeps 8 people over 4 bedrooms. The lower ground level has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.

The ground floor has a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas cooktop, a new 90cm oven and a butler pantry. The living area is spacious with cathedral ceilings and a fireplace, while the dining area is the perfect place to enjoy the company of your friends and family. There is a second lounge area with TV and a study. Also on this floor are two more bedrooms with Queen beds and a large bathroom with shower and bath.

WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?

Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Due to the fairly remote location of the property, internet/WiFi and mobile reception is provided via Starlink. It is usually very reliable and fast.

Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic.

What about outdoors?

Sahali was designed for outdoor living! The raised pool cabana is the perfect entertaining space, and the concrete, wet edge pool makes the most of the fantastic views. The property sits on 2 acres, which is a mixture of landscaped gardens and rainforest. There is a private courtyard that has a fire pit.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

There are 3 split system air-conditioners, 2 in bedrooms and one in a common area. There is also a ceiling fan in the kitchen dining area, and a pedestal fan that can be moved around the house.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Sahali supplies all bed linen, sheets and bath towels.

Parking for cars, etc?

Sahali has open air parking for 3 cars.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Wildlife

Please note that due to the nature and location of this property, wildlife may be about including possums, kangaroos, ants, spiders, bees, wasps and even snakes. We do whatever we can to keep the property safe, however we cannot guarantee that you will not see any wildlife at the property. You must book the property knowing that the possibility of encountering wildlife exists, and you must take care during your visit if walking around the property - please.

What are the minimum stay rules?

  • Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
  • Easter: 4 nights
  • Long Weekends: 3 nights
  • All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

This property is professionally managed by a dedicated holiday rental agency with offices in Gerringong, Hyams Beach and Bowral. Spectacular property

Spectacular property, with amazing views over Kangaroo Valley. Communication was efficient and accurate, and the property was as described. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, crockery and glassware. Would definitely recommend for families or groups.

Perfect location for a getaway out of the city

A well appointed home in a nice and secluded spot. The view from the back deck next to the pool is phenomenal. It was the perfect location for a getaway out of the city.

Absolutely amazing place! Great quality appliances, Sheridan towels for the bathrooms etc. Plentiful plates, cups, glassware and cutlery (which is usually hard to come by in Airbnbs). A house well stocked, well accomodating and well looked after! We felt spoilt! Also loved the secluded location. Amazing views, amazing house! Highly recommend for a big group size! Super comfy. I can’t say enough :D

This Place Was Just Fantastic!

This place was just fantastic. We were 4 families, each with a baby under 2, as well as two 4 year olds. There was ample space and nobody felt on top of each other. The chefs kitchen was just amazing as we could shut it off from the children so that they were away from any potential hazards. The place is absolutely as described but probably better in person as compared to the photos. Such a peaceful setting and the kids were very excited to see kangaroos in the fields surrounding the property. An added bonus! And the fire pit was a perfect winter amenity.for kids to toast marshmallow's and adults to drink some mulled wine. Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely be back!!

Fabulous Weekend Away at Saddle Ridge

We had an amazing weekend away staying in the beautiful Saddle Ridge house in KV. The House itself is spectacular and the amenities and appliances are exceptional - we could not fault it! We will most certainly be back.
