Located only 10 minutes from the centre of the Village and the Barrengarry end of the Valley, Paddington will not disappoint. Comprising of 2 queen sized bedrooms and one double with a main bathroom that has a shower and a stunning free standing bath. The master suite has its own ensuite shower room. The two queen bedrooms take in the stunning views towards the escarpment and over the swimming pool.
The Lounge/Dining area and kitchen also take in the views for memorable sunsets but also a cosy area to enjoy the wood burner in Winter.
The home is provided with WIFI just incase you need to stay a day longer and work from home!
The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances including a SMEG oven, Microwave, and coffee machine.
Outside is a decked entertaining area with seating over looking the pool and the 5 acres of grassed garden including beautiful Macadamia trees. Other than the stunning view is the beautiful new swimming pool for you to enjoy. We also provide you with a BBQ for your use.
We should mention the home is not suitable for young children under 10 years.

A beautiful quiet cottage with stylish furnishings and well equipped for an extended stay. Great location with plenty of activities close by as well as stunning landscapes. Would happily stay again
Well appointed and very comfortable property. Perfect for a few days to escape the city living. Beautifully presented home with planet of good instructions and directions making everything easy to operate. Property management team were great to communicate with when booking and the clear arrival information make accessing the property a breeze. Highly recommended
Gorgeous location peaceful and beautiful outlook from nearly every room in the house.. This home has everything you will need and is beautifully decorated..We enjoyed the pool with the great weather we had.. only thing I missed was a couple of pool lounges would be nice
A wonderful stay in KV in a beautiful house. Modern and clean with top brand appliances. Everything you needed was there and we didn't want to leave. It was the perfect weekend home to get away.
