Once, I am here at home. I feel that I do not need to go out. The peace and calm of the property is amazing. The comfort of the home, invites you to unwind and explore the nature around it. -Words from our beautiful owner who has lovingly renovated this historic home just 15 minutes from the centre of Kangaroo Valley.
Dating back to 1918 this home had been in the same family for its entire life until purchased by the present owners .
Voted as one of the best renovations in Home Design magazine this home has some of the features from its historical background . High ceilings and Cornices. a modern edge to the rear of the home. It will not disappoint.
Comprising a gated entrance with plenty of parking, a front veranda and entrance way that leads to a hall way with two bedrooms to the front of the home and a Master bedroom and ensuite to the side. A beautiful period bathroom and free standing bath . A cozy breakout/TV area with entrance to an ultra modern fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The lounge space with wrap around bifolding windows that lead out to the rear deck and fenced gardens. A log burner for the cooler Winter months.
The Estate combines the beautiful Nido-a small barn to the rear of the home that can sleep 2 guests with their own private bathroom.
The Estate can sleep a maximum of 8 guests.
The outside area is just stunning with views to the green paddocks behind and the escarpment to the front. An ingound swimming pool and a hot tub heated by a log fire completes the resort style experience. An outside fire pit and BBQ also offer an entertaining space. The home is even pet friendly on request.

The ultimate foodie’s box of local goodies. For those wanting to do some of the cooking themselves, without the time to source the best of local produce. All the produce comes from local producers and farms and has been hand picked for a great tasting weekend away. Comes with granola, loaf of sourdough bread, butter, jam, yoghurt, dozen pasture raised eggs, cheese plate, olives, locally made fudge, locally grown fruit & veggies, a bottle of Angie’s food Shrub (drinking vinegar), bottle of chilli sauce and a whole marinated free-range chicken.

The Large comes with 500g sausages, a butterflied marinated chicken and either beef steaks or pork ribs, 3 seasonal salads
