The home is set amongst 5 acres of lawns, gardens and mature trees - with an elavated position that gives spectacular views of Kangaroo Valley and its escarpments. The four large bedrooms each have an en-suite, making the home a perfect option for 4 couples or up to 8 guests.

Where will I be?
Braeside is located an easy 7 minute drive from Kangaroo Valley village. It is at the end of a private road, ensuring privacy and tranquility. The property has a lovely, elevated position, giving it fantastic views of the bushland, farms, and sandstone escarpments.

How is the property laid out?
The ground floor incorporates a beautiful, well equipped open plan kitchen with large island opening to the dining and living room (all with tranquil views), the super sized master bedroom with en-suite and walk in robe, a second queen bedroom with en-suite, a powder room, and a European style laundry.
The upstairs level has two good sized, loft style bedrooms, each with an en-suite. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has two king single beds. There is also an open mezzanine area set up with bean bags and extra TV for the kids, and a desk should you need a work area.
The ground floor spaces flow out onto to decks on 3 sides of the house, or the swimming pool - making Braeside perfect for indoor - outdoor entertaining! Fire up the Heston Blumenthal BBQ under the covered deck and enjoy al fresco dining.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?
Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed and there will be no compensation payable if a problem arises.
What about outdoors?
Most of the property is covered with mowed lawn areas and gardens - perfect for an exploratory walk, or for the kids to play.
The north facing section of the verandah has wonderful sun traps where you can sit and enjoy the serenity of this property.
A firepit is also located in the garden area, with 8 Adironack chairs - perfect to relax, enjoy the view and toast some marshmallows.
There’s also a 12m salt water swimming pool, with sun lounges and umbrellas.
Stay warm or keeping cool?
Cooling options include opening up the house to catch the breeze, or making use of the split system air conditioner located in the living room area and each of the bedrooms. In the cooler months you can also enjoy the gas fire.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Braeside supplies high quality linen and bath towels.
Parking for cars, etc?
Braeside has open air parking on the circular driveway for 4 cars. The double lock up garage is private, for owner use only.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
