Set high above the Valley on the Southern end is Ribbonwood KV. A long established home that has recently been passed to new and engaged owners. Placed high in the trees with long reaching views across the entire Valley.
Easy access to the South Coast too and the retail opportunities of Berry.
2 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms offers a beautiful location for either just a couple or 4 friends looking to get away for a few days. The Master bedroom with a King bed and large ensuite shower room opens onto the rear garden and seating area on the first floor. The second bedroom is accessed via the stair case to the first floor and also has doors leading out to the upper level of the garden and the outside bath. A second shower room is also on this level.
A very comfortable lounge room with a dining table and a fully fitted kitchen including fridge freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine. For the cooler nights there is a wood burning fire place, Smart TV and WIFI.
The rear garden area has the most stunning views through the trees to the Valley . Lie in the Vintage outside bath and enjoy the magical bird life up in the trees or eat dinner at the outside table area.
Please do note that the home is accessed via a steep driveway but parking for 2 vehicles. Not suitable for young children however happy to welcome babies and older children.

The ultimate foodie’s box of local goodies. For those wanting to do some of the cooking themselves, without the time to source the best of local produce. All the produce comes from local producers and farms and has been hand picked for a great tasting weekend away. Comes with granola, loaf of sourdough bread, butter, jam, yoghurt, dozen pasture raised eggs, cheese plate, olives, locally made fudge, locally grown fruit & veggies, a bottle of Angie’s food Shrub (drinking vinegar), bottle of chilli sauce and a whole marinated free-range chicken.
