This idyllic getaway offers a 3 bedroom original Farmhouse with an attached 2 bedroom cottage and sleeps up to 12 people.
The accommodation is shared between the main house offering 3 bedrooms and, if required, a connected cottage offering a further 2 bedrooms. Rayfields is approved as suitable for guests with a disability (please ask on enquiry) We also welcome pets.

If you require both house and cottage, you need to book & pay for minimum of 7 or more guests, otherwise up to 6 guests will be accommodated in the house only.
Find beautifully appointed bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, wood fire, fantastic entertainers patio and a second picnic cabana area by the dam.
Bedlinen and towels are supplied based on the number of guests selected at the time of booking. Please note if you use more than the number of beds allocated for your stay, charges will be made.
We also have you covered with a Nespresso coffee machine. Just remember to bring your favourite flavoured coffee pods!
Rayfields is fabulous for extended family gatherings or simply that romantic spot you have been looking for. A great selection of board games are provided for the cooler months.

A small charge is made when bringing your pet with you, please do mention this when booking and we can assist. Three very comfortable and well appointed kennels with runs are offered and a secure and sunny courtyard with a sheltered verandah for smaller and medium sized dogs. A beautifully maintained property and gardens to walk around and enjoy with your dogs is open.

We had a beautifully quiet and relaxing girls weekend. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed to cook all our meals. I wouldn't recommend driving in after dark, as the road is a bit tricky but the view at the end is well worth it. Great place to get away.
A beautiful location with a stunning view. This house is the perfect set up for a girls trip away. Tip for the first person arriving, take the loft room and leave the window open a little so you can wake up to the sun rise and lyre birds!! I go away with this group of ladies every year since 2007 and we all agree this has been our favourite location by far.

We stayed at Rayfields for a weekend with a group of 9 friends. The house was gorgeous and fully equipped for a lovely getaway, with plenty of cooking equipment. The view from the property was also fantastic! Both Berry and Kangaroo Valley are close-by which was convenient for grocery shopping and activities. Overall we loved our stay and hope to be back soon!
We had a lovely girls weekend away at Rayfield. The home was spacious and warm, well equipped and had breathtaking views of the valley. The perfect location with easy access to Berry and the Kangaroo Valley, would love to stay again one day.

Our extended family of 9 had a lovely weekend at Rayfields in September. It was delightful to wander around the property and enjoy the abundance of birdlife. Night time wombat spotting was also a highlight. The house was very comfortable and spacious for the 9 of us plus 2 active dogs. The only suggestion I would make is the need for an ensuite to the main bedroom. Otherwise, a beautiful place to relax.
We had a wonderful family weekend at Rayfields. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The property is just beautiful and the views spectacular.
