You can enjoy the peace and quiet of the country whilst you explore the magnificent Southern Highlands. From scenic walks ( Fitzroy Falls is only 400m away) for breath taking views, to top local wineries and restaurants .Enjoy a meal and stroll around many of the surrounding historic villages such as Berrima, Bowral, Burrawang and Robertson.( Home of the film “Babe” )Or perhaps you are attending a wedding at one of a number of “country wedding” venues in the area, or sampling the local fine wines at the many award winning wineries in the region, such as Mount Ashby Estate which is well worth a visit
Located in the centre of this village and only a stones throw from the stunning Fitzroy Falls this home has a large decked area to the front with outside furniture and a BBQ.
On the ground floor a large dinning and kitchen area plus a living room that includes a Smart TV and a combustion fire for the cooler months. A ground floor bedroom that sleeps 2 and a shower room with separate toilet (not ensuite).
On the 2nd floor a large master bedroom can be found with a King bed and entry to the front balcony. A very large ensuite bathroom completes the suite with a free standing bath, large shower and views to the rear of the garden.
A second large bedroom with King bed and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds complete the bed configuration. A stand alone toilet and main bathroom with bath and shower.
Leaving the kitchen to the garden to the rear a new Pickleball court can be found! As well as a trampoline for the younger members of your group. PET FRIENDLY TOO.

The ultimate foodie’s box of local goodies. For those wanting to do some of the cooking themselves, without the time to source the best of local produce. All the produce comes from local producers and farms and has been hand picked for a great tasting weekend away. Comes with granola, loaf of sourdough bread, butter, jam, yoghurt, dozen pasture raised eggs, cheese plate, olives, locally made fudge, locally grown fruit & veggies, a bottle of Angie’s food Shrub (drinking vinegar), bottle of chilli sauce and a whole marinated free-range chicken.
