Beluca Cottage is a cute 2 storey cottage style accommodation set on 5 acres with gardens, and views to the classic Kangaroo Valley Escarpments. Located within easy walking distance (400m) to Kangaroo Valley village
The house is set well back from the road to ensure privacy. There are 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite and a renovated main bathroom. The large open plan living, dining and kitchen areas have cottage style ceilings giving an open feeling in the summer, but ‘cosy’ in the winter with the combustion fireplace.
Beluca sleeps up to 6 adults in comfort with 2 queen bed rooms and one bunk bed. The reverse cycle air conditioning and heating complements the neat Log Burner to ensure all year round comfort.
The Cottage is surrounded by native plants that offer both seclusion and an ideal setting for the local, varied bird life of Kangaroo Valley!
A short walk will bring you into the Village with its array of Cafe’s, Restaurants and shops and the Village Pub.

My husband and I had a lovely weekend at Beluca cottage. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics and the whole house was spotless and clean when we arrived. There was also plenty of wood for a fire. The location is fantastic. It’s short walk to the town, the restaurants and shops.
An excellent property managed by an extremely helpful team.
Really great generally. Clean, tidy, just big enough for the 6 of us. Rear level area of the yard could have been mowed before we arrived. Made for some awkward games among the weeds. Otherwise great!
We had a wonderful few days in this property. Surrounded by beautiful trees, and with many lovely spots to sit and relax. We loved the pool, especially as we were there for some very hot days. The upstairs of the house gets very hot on heatwave days, so we were glad of the fans. The downstairs has air conditioning and stays lovely and cool.
We spent 4 very relaxing days over Christmas at Beluca Cottage. The cottage is very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and lots of great things for kids, including the pool, trampoline and tree house. It is quiet but within walking distance of the village's delightful shops and cafes. I can highly recommend Beluca Cottage.
Wonderful big yard, fantastic pool and beautiful charming cottage. Felt very private and secluded but an easy walk to town.

We stayed for 3 nights and it wasn't long enough. Beautiful little cottage with everything you need. Location was breath taking. Will definitely be back again.
